Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) is holding a public information session on flooding and dam emergencies for businesses and residents along the West Don River. Hoggs Hollow has been identified as being potentially flooded during large storms or dam emergencies. The public information session will discuss the G. Ross Lord Dam Emergency Preparedness Plan and general flood readiness and what people can do to protect themselves. TRCA staff will be available to answer questions about flood and emergency issues. Flood inundation maps will be available for residents to view. Councillor Robinson has confirmed her attendance as well.
