Login into your online banking account and click on the EMT link
(some key Bank links have been provided below for your convenience.)

Add a
new recipient, filling in the recipient EMT information:

requires that each transaction has a security question &
password. Please Create/Use the following security question &
password:
VERY IMPORTANT: IN THE 'MESSAGE TO RECIPIENT' BOX, PLEASE
PUT YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS
Indicate the account from which the funds will be withdrawn and the
amount. Anything above $50 will be happily accepted as a
donation to the Beautification Fund

When
you have completed all of the EMT information, press SEND and
the system will issue a confirmation number

IF YOU ARE A NEW MEMBER, OR IF YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION HAS CHANGED,

Fill out the contact
information, include the EMT confirmation number, save the document and email it to
